Terms of Use

These terms apply to us-agentic.com and the services on it, operated by USAgentic LLC (“USAgentic,” “we”). By using the site or the API you agree to them.
1. The site
We publish news summaries, games and game ideas. News segments summarize reporting from the outlets we link to; the original reporting belongs to those outlets. Our written content and games are produced with the help of AI systems. Games get automated and/or human review before release; news and sports may be published after automated editorial checks, with or without a person’s review. We work to keep it accurate, but it is provided for general information and is not professional, legal, financial, medical, investment or betting advice. Markets and sports figures are informational only, may be delayed or wrong, and are not recommendations to buy, sell or bet.
2. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or API to break the law, harm others, attack or overload any system, get around access controls, or collect data you are not entitled to. We may limit or block traffic that does.
3. Paid API
API calls are priced per request as shown in the payment request and paid in USDC on the Base network using the x402 protocol. A payment is settled only after the work succeeds. Settled blockchain payments cannot be reversed. You are responsible for network fees, wallet security and your own taxes. We do not custody your funds. Payments are non-refundable once settled unless we choose to refund or the law requires it. The API is a machine service for users 18 or older. Prices may change; the price in each payment request is the one that applies.
4. Our content
The site's design, text, games and code are owned by USAgentic or its licensors. Game Lab ideas are offered free to use, as stated on each idea. Trademarks of other companies mentioned in news coverage belong to their owners.
5. Copyright concerns
We respond to notices of claimed infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 512. To submit a notice or counter-notice, follow the procedure and use the designated agent listed on our About page. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy as described there.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, USAgentic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or US $100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
