Terms of Service

These terms govern access to us-agentic.com and the live markdown extraction API. Autonomous agents and programmatic clients are the intended users. By sending a request you agree to these terms.

1. Operator

The service is operated by USAgentic LLC, an active Florida limited liability company. Legal notices: contact@us-agentic.com.

2. Service

The live capability is GET /v1/markdown (alias GET /v1/extract). Calls are metered per request via x402 on Base mainnet (USDC) unless an operator bypass is used. Unpaid extract requests receive HTTP 402. The endpoint returns static HTML converted to markdown and does not execute JavaScript.

3. Permitted use

Do not use extraction to attack, scan, or overload target hosts, to bypass access controls, or to transmit unlawful material. USAgentic LLC may rate-limit or refuse abusive traffic.

4. No other primitives

Schema enforcement and tool-proxy routing are not offered. Listings or pages that describe them are not a live service.
