USAgentic LLC ("USAgentic"), a Florida limited liability company, operates us-agentic.com and the live markdown extraction API. This policy describes the little we process.

1. Information processed

We process request metadata, the target URL you submit for extraction, and public on-chain settlement data (payer address, amount, transaction hash) when an x402 payment clears. We do not require accounts, emails, or API keys. We do not keep execution payloads as a product database.

2. Purpose

Data is used to run the extract, verify and settle x402 payments, operate the service, and respond to abuse. Settlement is on Base mainnet USDC.
