Information we process

• Website requests. Our hosting and security providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times and technical logs to deliver, secure and measure the service.
• Information you send us. If you email us or submit an idea where that feature is available, we receive the information you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive information in an idea or public submission.
• Browser storage. The site may use local storage for preferences such as your theme and, where supported, game progress. You can clear this information through your browser; doing so may remove saved preferences or progress.
• API use and payments. If you use our paid API, we process the URL you submit to perform the requested service. Security and transaction records may include the target website's host, payment address, authorization identifier, amount, network, transaction reference, timestamps and status. Public blockchain transactions may remain visible and cannot be erased by us.
• Shopping. If you choose a third-party store or checkout, that provider may process your contact, payment, order and delivery information. Its privacy notice applies to its services; we may receive information needed to manage orders or support.

How we use and share information

We use information to operate and protect the site and API, respond to messages, process transactions, understand aggregate usage, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. We may share it with service providers as needed for hosting, security, payment processing, commerce, fulfillment and support; with authorities when legally required; or as needed to protect rights and respond to abuse or legal claims.

Cloudflare provides hosting and infrastructure. API payment processing may involve Coinbase and the relevant blockchain network. Links to outside reporting, stores and other services take you to providers with their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain information for the time reasonably needed for the purposes above, including security, support, accounting, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Retention varies with the type of record and the service provider. Browser storage remains on your device until cleared or otherwise removed. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to exercise other applicable privacy rights. Email contact@us-agentic.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain or decline to delete information where the law permits or requires. You may also control browser storage in your browser settings.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
